One year ago, today, we were finally able to hold our sweet little boy that we had been longing and praying for for such a very long time.
What a day that was - to kiss his tiny nose, stroke his soft skin, cuddle him on our laps, and hear his sweet voice. Although the court date wouldn't come for another week, October 8 will always be etched in our minds as the day we became a family.
After one year with us, Griffin has blossomed into the most incredible boy. We have such immense love for him and thank God every day for bringing us together as a family. What a testament to God's love and faithfulness in our lives!! HE gave us the patience and strength to endure and, in the end, fulfilled our deep desire to become parents, with a son who brings us incredibly joy.
